God's Dream, One Family
Family Church of San Diego is a home for anyone who wants to know God as a loving Heavenly Parent. We gather every Sunday in La Mesa. Start your journey with us!
We believe God is our Heavenly Parent, close enough to talk to and real enough to change how we live on a Tuesday. Our faith grows through prayer, study and the teachings of True Parents.
Church is the people, not the building. We cook, serve, sing, pray and celebrate together, and we make room for whoever walks in next.
Everything comes back to the family. We support marriages, raise our children together, and work toward homes where love is the first language.
When we gather
Sunday service is at 11:00 AM. Check the calendar for picnics, events, and changes to the service schedule.

Life together
Picnics, game nights, hikes and holiday music. Most of what makes us a family happens around the edges of the service.
God's dream has always been one family centered on true love.
Our church grew from the life and work of Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, who began the Marriage Blessing in 1960 and spent their lives inviting people of every race and religion into one family under God.
There is always coffee and conversation after the service. Most months one Sunday becomes a picnic instead; check the calendar for the next one.
